Pension funds’ interest in long income property set to soar as low yields persist


The level of investment in long income property from pension funds is expected to grow significantly over the next two years, thanks to a combination of low bond yields and an uncertain macroeconomic environment.

That’s according to a survey from Alpha Real Capital, a manager of long income real assets, which found 84 per cent of professional investors believe investment from pension funds will rise, with 20 per cent expecting a dramatic increase.
