Gender lens

Property investor Patron Capital has launched the world’s first “gender-lens” property fund to support women who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness.

Created in collaboration with social impact investment company Resonance, the Women In Safe Homes (WISH) Fund has a target size of GBP100 million and has already received a GBP10 million commitment from Big Society Capital, a social impact investor who developed the initial fund proposal.
