Property investors should de-risk their office strategies to core locations and ESG-compliant assets in order to position themselves for an economic recession, according to UBS-AM Real Estate & Private Markets.

Paul Guest, lead strategist at the asset manager, says that as the market gets later in the cycle and real estate values and rents set record highs, investors would be wise to start thinking about reducing risk.
