Edinburgh offices had a stellar year in 2019 despite the political and macro-economic challenges facing the sector, research from Knight Frank shows. Figures from the independent real estate consultancy reveal GBP284 million worth of deals were concluded last year, representing a 70.4 per cent increase on 2018.

This made Edinburgh offices the stand-out asset class in the Scottish commercial property sector.
