LINUS Digital Finance participates in Berlin office and apartment development financing

LINUS Digital Finance has participated in the financing of a new office and apartment development in Berlin-Mitte. 

For the first time ever the Berlin-based real estate fintech is collaborating with the renowned project developer Trockland Management on the project development at Köpenicker Strasse, on the corner of Wilhelmine-Gemberg-Weg. Trockland has recently established a reputation for itself on Berlin’s property market, and above all with the projects Bricks in Berlin-Schöneberg, Charlie Living in Berlin-Mitte and Eiswerk Berlin in the immediate vicinity of the project now being financed.

The property with six storeys has a seventh offset penthouse floor and is already under construction; the net floor area will measure 4,285 sq m, with 1,405 sq m of residential space and 2,880 sq m of commercial space. In total LINUS has granted a mezzanine loan of several million euros with a term of 24 months for the project.
