Capreon appoints managing director
Capreon, the real estate investment and advisory arm of the Noé Group, has appointed George Minns as managing director.
As part of his role, Minns will carry out origination and execution of investments across Europe, with a strong focus on the British, German, Spanish and Italian markets. He will also direct the growth of the business as well as leading business operations at an executive level, working closely with the Noé Group’s founding partners Zvi Noé, Raphael Noé and David Bloom.
Minns has a strong track record of leading teams and scaling property investment projects, most recently as the director of acquisitions and regional transaction lead for Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) for seven years at specialist real estate fund manager, Europa Capital. Previous experience also includes stints at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and global investment business, Blackstone, where he supported the workout of complex non-performing loan transactions secured against traditional and alternative real estate.
Zvi Noé, Founding Partner, Capreon, says: “Our team continues to go from strength to strength and so it’s fantastic to welcome George as managing director. With his wealth of experience in the property and real estate world, we’re confident that he will build on the excellent work that we have delivered in growing our investment portfolio”.
Minns adds: “It is an honour to be joining such a well-established and highly respected company within the industry. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with the rest of the team, especially as they look to expand their operations across many of the major markets. Very exciting times ahead.”
Minns holds a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Investment and Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
