CBRE Global Investors sells Mosae Forum shopping centre in Maastricht to Corum Asset Management

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, has sold shopping centre Mosae Forum in the city centre of Maastricht to Corum Asset Management. 

Mosae Forum comprises of approximately 14.000 sq m retail divided over 17 units and is fully let to strong retail brands including Jumbo supermarkets, H&M and The Sting. Mosae Forum was developed in 2003 and since has been part of the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund.

The CBRE Dutch Retail Fund is an unlisted real estate fund, managed by CBRE Global Investors with EUR 1.3 billion assets under management. The Fund's strategy is to invest in sustainable and scalable mixed-use investments in vibrant city centres and inner-city neighbourhood retail centres in major cities in the Netherlands.

The sale of Mosae Forum is in line with this strategy. The revenues are to be reinvested in, amongst others, the redevelopment of Amsterdam Poort.

For this transaction, CBRE Global Investors was commercially advised by CBRE, legally by CMS and technically by SGS Search. Buyer Corum Asset Management was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, DLA Piper and Arcadis.
