Clearbell fully lets Doncaster warehouse
Clearbell Property Partners III LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, has now full let its 615,000 sq ft warehouse at Bawtry Park, Doncaster.
Clearbell has agreed a number of leases with tenants at the site, including Carlton Forest Group, a national logistics and distribution company, which occupies over 560,000 sq ft. A new lease with SSI Schaeffer, a shelving systems business, sees the additional space let.
The leases are on a flexible basis for both lease length and amount of space occupied. Bawtry Park is well-positioned close to Doncaster, with links to the M18 and A1.
The fund acquired Bawtry Park in May 2017 as part of Clearbell’s Taurus portfolio, which aims to reposition secondary distribution assets to take advantage of the demand for large warehouses across the country.
