WGC Partners elects CA Student Living to manage UT student housing project
CA Student Living (CASL), a vertically integrated student housing investment management company, has been selected to manage Noble 2500, a 248-bed student housing community adjacent to the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
Developed by WGC Partners, the property is expected to open its doors to residents in the fall of 2022.
Located six blocks from the University of Texas, Noble 2500 offers residents contemporary studio through four-bedroom apartments. Apartments will come fully furnished featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and smart locks. Additionally, residents will benefit from luxury community amenities including a seventh-floor sky lounge, café, outdoor aqua lounge and deck, state-of-the-art fitness centre with a flex fitness room, secured parking garage, urban pool with grills, and both group and private study rooms.
