Piotr Krawczyk has joined the WH team as Director of the Logistics & Industrial department at the beginning of May 2021

“Employment in the company has been increasing regularly over the last nine years, but we have now had to significantly accelerate the development of the team, due to the current market situation. Our operational activity has intensified in recent months, and thanks to the greater number of experienced advisors with extensive knowledge and a wide range of expertise, we can more effectively provide clients with the most extensive consulting service and support,” says Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner/CEO at Walter Herz.

Krawczyk previously was employed at the Raben Group, DHL Global Forwarding and ROHLIG SUUS Logistics. He also worked for a real estate development company operating in the warehouse and production segment. Krawczyk has managed projects for many international clients, corporate tenants and individual investors. He has also commercialised logistics parks, with hundreds of thousands of square meters of leased space.

Krawczyk will be responsible for the implementation of the development strategy of Walter Herz’s Logistics & Industrial department, as well as the preparation of solutions for investors, developers and tenants of industrial and logistics real estate, including preparing offer proposals, technical audit, analysing rental costs and purchasing investment land.

“I believe that Piotr will play a crucial role in creating modern models of long-term customer service and introducing solutions adapted to the changing market conditions by bringing a new perspective to the company,” says Zagrodnik.

“Walter Herz is a company with a unique organisational culture, extensive expert knowledge and a strong focus on building relationships, so I am all the more glad to be able to continue my career in such an experienced and inspiring group. I would like to thank everyone for the kind welcome I received," Krawczyk. “We want to make the most of the current boom on the warehouse market, where, thanks to the development of the e-commerce sector, warehouse hubs are being created on a scale not previously recorded in Poland. Servicing this promising area of the market will require further expansion of our team of experts, as well as investments in new technologies to increase efficiency and standard of work,” he adds.
