LINUS Digital Finance moves into the Munich real estate market for the first time with acquisition financing in Schwabing
Berlin-based fintech LINUS Digital Finance finalised its first deal in Munich in the first quarter of the year, acquisition financing totalling EUR14 million – its largest mezzanine tranche to date.
The total project volume is about EUR165 million, which covers both the acquisition of the plot of land as well as the planning and completion of the future residential complex. In total 11,000 square metres of residential space are being created on the site in the form of one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments.
“Accompanying a classical residential project in a very good location with a renowned construction client is the perfect start for our first loan in Munich. We are very pleased that we have now been able to open up the important Munich market for our investors and thus further diversify our portfolio,” says Lucas Boventer, Managing Director Investments at LINUS Digital Finance.
