Edinburgh House Estates launches independent asset management specialist ESTAMA UK

Retail property investment company Edinburgh House Estates Ltd has launched an independent property and asset management specialist: ESTAMA UK. Aligning with the company’s European division ESTAMA GmbH, ESTAMA UK will drive all asset and property management initiatives for its clients.

Originally set up within Edinburgh House Estates to manage the company’s private investments, the newly christened ESTAMA UK grew its management service for third parties so extensively that the need for a standalone identity was a natural next step. Today, ESTAMA UK delivers a mix of asset management and property management expertise throughout the UK, covering a diverse portfolio of assets.

The team has a unique understanding of all elements of commercial property built on established, personal relationships within the retailing and banking worlds.  ESTAMA UK’s portfolio includes mixed use town centres and shopping centres, with clients ranging from local authorities, private investors/developers, private equity/debt funds and banks. Notable projects include the recent successful JV purchase of Motherwell Shopping Centre in Scotland, the 100 per cent letting over the COVID period of The Quadrant Centre, Dunstable, and securing three anchor store lettings within the last 12 months in Clyde Shopping Centre, Clydebank.

Eoin Conway, COO of ESTAMA UK, explains: “As ESTAMA UK, we will build on the excellent work we previously delivered under the banner of Edinburgh House Estates, unlocking the potential of every scheme we work with to quickly enhance profits. Whether it’s asset management or property management, we get to work quickly to secure the asset and drive immediate value. We get the job done and we get it done well.”

ESTAMA UK will be driven by a senior management team powerhouse of property and asset management expertise. Led by the co-founders of Edinburgh House, CEO David Roberts and Tony Quayle, the senior team includes COO Eoin Conway, and Finance Director, Russell Coetzee.  Their combined expertise brings together over 100 years of accumulated experience gained in the commercial property business.
