Tattersall Lorenz secures additional property management instructions from Edmond de Rothschild REIM

Tattersall Lorenz, an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has received two further instructions from Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (Edmond de Rothschild REIM).

The first property is the well-known "Main Triangel" in Frankfurt, a 15-storey office building, at Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, which was completed in 2006, and provides a total lettable area of around 28,400 square metres. The main tenant is the Oberfinanzdirektion (regional finance directorate) Frankfurt.

Rebekka Rauen, Head of Tattersall Lorenz's office in Frankfurt, says: “The 'Main Triangel' is a landmark property in Frankfurt, in one of the city's prime addresses. We are very proud to have received this instruction and, as with all the other properties we manage, we will guarantee property management of the highest quality.”

The second property, an office and retail property – Akazienbogen – situated at Hauptstrasse 23-24 in the Schöneberg district of Berlin, has a total lettable area of around 3,700 square metres.

Tattersall Lorenz will carry out both the technical and commercial property management on the two properties. The company is managing the assets from its Frankfurt and Berlin offices.

Susanne Tattersall, director of Tattersall-Lorenz, says: “We are delighted that, through these new instructions, our collaboration with Edmond de Rothschild REIM is continuing to grow. Working for such an established European investment house is both motivational and an endorsement for us. The objective once again is to achieve the optimal results for all parties involved, in a trusting cooperation with all partners.”
