Atrato Group appoints Managing Director, Long Income
Atrato Group, an alternative asset management and advisory group specialising in asset backed income strategies, has appointed Max Kinghorn as Managing Director, Long Income.
Building on its success with Supermarket Income REIT’s long income strategy for grocery property, Atrato Group is launching a new business to originate, structure and acquire long income properties outside the supermarket sector. Atrato Group has appointed Kinghorn to lead this new business.
Kinghorn is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and joins from Whitmarsh Holt Young, where he was Associate Partner focusing on long income and development led real estate deals. Prior to this, Max was an Investment Surveyor at Prestigic Holdings, where he managed a portfolio of long let property assets.
Atrato Group was created to build a market leading alternative investment platform. The Group’s strategies are built around delivering long term predictable income for investors, with a focus on optimising investment strategies that mitigate short term market dislocations and provide stable and dependable returns across market cycles.
Ben Green, Principal at Atrato Group, says: “Max is a great hire who will help us further strengthen our investment platform with a complementary asset backed long income strategy.”
Max Kinghorn, Managing Director, Long Income at Atrato Group, adds: “I look forward to working with the team to further Atrato’s growth ambitions and diversify our product offering and client base.”
