Capreon backs innovation in Brainport Eindhoven
Capreon, the real estate business of the Noé Group, has embarked on a growth partnership with VOF Brainport Industries Campus to further develop the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven.
The first Factory of the Future, Brainport Industries Campus is 100,000 sq m of next generation high-tech manufacturing facilities. Originally envisioned in 2014 and constructed by VolkerWessels, a leading Dutch construction company, the campus was opened in 2019 by King Willem-Alexander, as a keystone for the development of high-tech manufacturing within the Brainport Eindhoven region. Brainport Industries Campus builds on the strong industrial and innovation traditions in Eindhoven, home to inventions like the automatic gearbox, cassette tape and Compact Disk.
Developed by Royal VolkerWessels company SDK Vastgoed on behalf of VOF Brainport Industries Campus , the campus was established for and by the high-tech manufacturing industry. Capreon and Brainport Industries Campus aim to create a reciprocal ecosystem for innovation. Brainport Industries Campus is the first location where high-tech suppliers not only produce but also innovate together. Using shared knowledge and shared valuable facilities such as flexible production areas, warehouses but also offices.
By combining a range of units from small workspaces, larger industrial units, and offices. Brainport Industries Campus can facilitate businesses that are looking for high-tech production units, cleanrooms, lab space, storage, showrooms, or a combination of the above.
