Grosvenor Britain & Ireland is extending its property management services to external clients in central London for the first time in 340 years.
Grosvenor Property Management is the UK’s first neighbourhood property manager, providing a highly effective, specialised and personal service to properties and portfolios in central London.
In zone 1, the team already sustainably manages over 1 million sq ft of office space, c1.1 million sq ft of retail space and c2,700 private and affordable homes as well as Grosvenor’s build to rent site in Bermondsey.
