St Modwen signs lease with Marshalls at Avonmouth logistics site
St Modwen has attracted a new tenant to St Modwen Park Access 18, its popular GBP260 million industrial and logistics site in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Marshalls, an independent commercial vehicle services provider, specialising in fleet management, tail lifts and refrigeration, has taken 10,260 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. The wider scheme set to create more than 2,200 jobs once complete.
More than one million sq ft of warehouse and industrial space has been delivered at St Modwen Park Access 18. The scheme accommodates businesses including Ocado Retail, Hermes Parcelnet, Peugeot and leading healthcare distributor Movianto.
Sitting adjacent to Junction 18 of the M5, the site is a stone’s throw from Avonmouth Docks and is located within a four-hour drive of nearly 80% of the UK’s population.
