Weston Business Centres launches 65,000 sq ft of flexible office space for businesses looking to relocate from London

Weston Business Centres has launched flexible working spaces at two newly-refurbished facilities in Stansted and Colchester in Essex aimed at businesses looking to relocate post the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Aptly named The Stansted Centre and The Colchester Centre, the combined offices provide more than 65,000 sq ft of flexible serviced office space, set to cater to an influx of small businesses looking to relocate out of London following the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Stansted Centre, located on Parsonage Road in Takeley, has recently been refurbished and will now provide 46,000 sq ft of new serviced office space. Alongside the new adjacent Weston Homes headquarters, Skyway House, the GBP40 million site will provide over 95,000 sq ft of Grade- A office space over two buildings on a state-of-the art complex. Prices for office space at The Stansted Centre start from GBP400 per desk per month.
The Colchester Centre, located on Hawkins Road offers flexible office options ranging from 96 sq ft up to 1,000-plus sq ft which can be tailored to accommodate specific business needs. Flexible rental periods starting from just three months are available with easy in and out terms. Prices for office space at The Colchester Centre start from GBP250 per desk per month.
Tenants at both the Business Centres are serviced by a team of 22 staff including reception team, IT support and cleaning staff. All serviced offices at the Weston  Business Centres provide the latest technology, contemporary telephone and voicemail systems, a fully staffed reception, and in-house café, conference facilities, meeting rooms and air conditioning. For those who simply want a business address, virtual office space is also available.
