ARQIS advises Landmarken on sale of Aachen property Pick-up 

ARQIS has advised developer Landmarken on the sale of the office and commercial property Pick-up in Aachen.

Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate acquired the Aachen building within the framework of an asset deal as the first property for its “Deutschland Selektiv Immobilien Invest II” open-ended special property fund. 

The six-storey new building at Krefelder Straße 218 in Aachen's Quartier Nord provides more than 5,000 square metres of office, medical practice and restaurant space along with 73 parking spots. It is intended to secure a DGNB Gold certification for the building, which was completed in April 2020. The Quartier Nord, developed by Landmarken, is conveniently located between the inner city of Aachen and the A4 motorway. By 2030, a total of 48,500 square metres in mixed-use properties for the use types office, retail and gastronomy, along with parking facilities, will be created here.
The open-ended special property fund “Deutschland Selektiv Immobilien Invest II” was launched by Warburg-HIH Invest in 2019 and has a planned minimum fund volume of EUR400 million.
