Savills appoints new Head of BPC in Italy

International real estate advisor, Savills, has appointed a new Head of Building Project Consultancy (BPC) in its Italian headquarters in Milan.

Nunzia Moliterni will join the team in Milan to head up its new BPC division. With over 20 years’ experience, she joins from JLL where she has held the role of Head of Building Consultancy since 2017, working with high-profile clients including Allianz, Amundi, Blackstone and Deutsche Bank.

Prior to this she worked as a Senior Project Manager also at JLL and also at SPM Consulting and Eurotekna,
Moliterni holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano as well as a Masters in real estate finance.
