Dunmoore adds to team

Dunmoore, a UK real estate investment and development company, has made two appointments and a senior promotion to support its ambitious growth plans.

Alex Marshall has joined as development director from Bankfoot Development. He previously worked as a consultant to Dunmoore and will lead all of the projects in the portfolio, as well as source new opportunities alongside the investment team.

Chris Brooksbank has joined as investment surveyor to drive the expansion of the portfolio, while delivering the execution of both ongoing and new value-add intensive asset management strategies.

He was formerly a surveyor at Avison Young, where he worked in the restructuring solutions team, providing strategic turnaround advice and strategy implementation for property assets in distress.

Their appointments increase the size of Dunmoore’s team to eight. In addition, Myles Hanson-Vaux has been promoted to finance director, having joined the company a year ago as head of finance from Vancouver-based City Office REIT.

Jeff Hobby, managing director and owner of Dunmoore, says: “Alex and Chris are talented individuals and will both play an integral part in the continued growth of the business. We have ambitious plans for the year ahead which the extended team is very much looking forward to.

“I am also delighted to announce the promotion of Myles who has been a tremendous addition to the team with his hard work over the 12 months quite rightly being rewarded."
