Savills signs associate agreement in South Africa

International real estate advisor Savills has boosted its African network through a new associate agreement with Swindon Property in South Africa.

Swindon Property will become Savills commercial associate for Sub Saharan Africa, and will work closely across the continent with Savills long standing residential partner, Pam Golding Properties, Southern Africa’s largest independent real estate company. 

 
Founded in 2006, Swindon Property offers client advisory and representation services for owners and tenants, with specialised emphasis on leasing, acquisition, sales, valuations and management of property across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. It employs more than 60 people with offices throughout South Africa.
