Networking events will also be announced throughout the event week across all locations to ensure the best in person networking too.

Unissu, Co Founder, James Dearsley, says: “Having established Unissu as the global PropTech marketplace, we have learnt that a fundamental part of driving the universal adoption of technology across the sector is education. Unless they have the time and budget to physically attend a conference in person, many potential buyers are left completely in the dark about how technology is changing the property sector and how it can have a positive impact on their business. The same applies for the many smaller companies with great ideas across the world who struggle to make their voice heard in a global marketplace. This ambitious project eliminates these issues by creating a single source of content. Free to view, we hope Connect will quickly become the global go-to resource for those in the property sector wishing to fully understand the impact technology is having and will have on our industry.

“We are very pleased to welcome two very forward looking and innovative businesses in JLL and M7 Structura as our launch sponsors and we now look forward to more participants joining the Connect community ahead of the event in March.”

Jordan Kostelac, Director of PropTech at JLL Asia, said: “Innovation is all about applying unconventional means to solve challenges. Unissu is exploring new ways to reach PropTech collaborators all around the world and we are pleased to support the initiative. At the same time, we cannot wait to share some of our own innovative approaches through Connect and give the world a peek at what the next decade holds for the property industry.”

Conan Lauterpacht, CEO of M7 Structura, says: “We firmly believe that we are still only at the very early stages of understanding the positive impact technology can have of the real estate industry, right through both the value chain and through every phase of a property’s life.  However, key to driving this adoption is knowledge sharing, education and connection which is why we felt it was extremely important to put our name behind Connect as an event which aims to achieve those goals.”
