PATRIZIA secures 87,000 sq ft of new lettings at 40 Grosvenor Place

PATRIZIA has secured three new tenants representing 87,000 sq ft of lettings at 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1, a prime Belgravia office property, where it is currently undertaking a refurbishment.

The new tenants have taken leases ranging from 10 – 15 years across the three newly refurbished suites on part Ground, 1st and 2nd floors. The lettings take the 205,000 sq ft building to full occupancy.
 
Acquired in 2009 for a separate account client, PATRIZIA commenced the CAT A refurbishment in 2018 when the space became vacant. Alongside, PATRIZIA has undertaken a refurbishment of the common parts, including renovation of the building’s main entrance and business lounge for tenant’s use incorporating a café facility operated by Benugo.
