Kempen Capital Management (Kempen) has appointed Eszter Vitorino Fuleky to the position of Senior Responsible Investment Advisor. Within the Responsible Investment team, she will focus predominantly on corporate governance.

In the past few years, in the position of Head of Capital Markets Engagement, she was responsible for the relationships with stakeholders on the capital markets, ranging from stock exchanges to shareholders and asset managers.

Vitorino Fuleky was a member of the expert group that supports the European Commission in matters including the development of a European definition of what does or does not constitute a sustainable investment.

Lars Dijkstra, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Kempen, says: ‘As an engaged shareholder with a long-term focus, we feel that sustainability is undeniably an important factor in all of our investment processes. The experience that Eszter brings to the table in the area of corporate governance will add great value to the team.’
