AEW Ciloger acquires Prisma Tower in La Défense, Paris on behalf of several retail funds


AEW Ciloger has acquired, on behalf of several SCPI and OPCI, Prisma Tower in La Défense (Paris), from Invesco Real Estate.

This property comprises 23,000 sq m of office space across 22 levels and is fully let to four high quality tenants. Located on 4-6 avenue d'Alsace in Courbevoie, Prisma Tower is at the heart of La Défense, Europe’s largest business district with more than 1,500 companies’ headquarters in the area.
 
Built in 1998, the building was fully renovated in 2012 and benefits from the last international standards in terms of environment profile. Prisma Tower holds HQE Commercial Tertiary Building "Exceptional" and BREEAM "Very Good" ratings.
 
The property also offers users numerous amenities, including common areas, staff canteen, private terraces, concierge services, as well as fitness and leisure facilities.
