Cushman & Wakefield arranges financing for prime office asset in Hoofddorp


Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged a financing with Postbank for a prime headquarter office asset in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

90 North Real Estate Partners LLP advised on the acquisition of the Danone asset, located in the Beukenhorst-Zuid district in Hoofddorp, on a forward commitment basis at the end of last year. The financing was successfully closed with Postbank for the acquisition of the property.
 
The property is a built-to-suit state-of the-art intelligent office building compromising approx. 8,350 sq.m. of working space across four storeys with 179 car spaces and is being built according to the highest sustainability standards with at least a LEED Gold rating. The new global headquarter office building of Danone Baby Food and Medical Nutrition is due for completion in March 2019.
