BMO Real Estate Partners adds to Paris-based asset management team
BMO Real Estate Partners has continued the expansion of its Paris-based team with the appointment of Florent Hervé as European Asset Manager. His appointment follows that of Assia Amore, who joined BMO Real Estate Partners as European Transaction Manager in January 2016.
Hervé will be responsible for Asset and Project Management activities on both BMO Real Estate Partners’ Core and Value-added business lines across Continental Europe. He will also support the transaction team on a case by case basis.
Hervé will report directly to Adrien Brion, European Portfolio Manager and Associate Director in BMO Real Estate Partners’ Paris office, and help him support Ian Kelley, BMO Real Estate Partners’ Fund Director Europe & Head of France, in the development of the firm’s pan European platform.
Hervé, MRICS, has over eight years of experience in real estate asset management. He joins from the asset manager ATREAM where he was in charge of closing new acquisitions in France. Prior to that, he served as Senior Asset Manager at LaSalle Investment Management and Asset Manager at GE Capital Real Estate. He graduated from ESTP and ESSEC engineer and business schools in Paris, and participated in an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich.
“We are delighted to welcome Florent Hervé to our Paris team. His experience and expertise will allow us to develop and implement asset management strategies with a view to driving asset performance, and assist in the reporting of this performance to our clients. His fluency in German will be valuable as we grow our pan-European portfolio,” says Adrien Brion.
BMO Real Estate Partners opened its Paris office in May 2015 in order to advance its pan-European property investment strategy. The office complements BMO Real Estate Partners’ existing European operations and teams in the UK and Germany.
