With total equity and debt investments now surpassing GBP1.3bn, a joint venture with Galliard, major developments in Islington and Shoreditch, as well as further deals in the pipeline, these are exciting times for Cain Hoy, and Richard and Tanja will be valuable additions as our growth continues.”
Pilkington says: “Cain Hoy is currently one of the most dynamic players in the UK property industry, having quickly established itself in the market through a number of impressive deals. This is a great time to be joining and I look forward to working with the existing team as the business looks for further opportunities to deploy capital in Europe’s best real estate opportunities.”
Ennsgraber says: “Cain Hoy is already well respected in the real estate finance space with its high-calibre debt team, led by John Cole, having completed numerous significant transactions in a relatively short timeframe. The Company’s nimbleness and fresh approach make this an exciting move and I look forward to working with the team to underwrite further innovative debt deals.”
