Meyer Bergman strengthens team with the appointment of two analysts

Meyer Bergman, the European retail real estate investment management firm, has appointed two new analysts, Hannah Warton and Kevin Kong.

Warton joins Meyer Bergman with over four years of experience in asset management of retail property. She has been recruited to further strengthen the company’s ability to undertake detailed asset operating analysis, which will facilitate the identification and execution of asset management initiatives.
Warton previously worked for QIC Global Real Estate Group in Brisbane, Australia, where she held the role of property management analyst. In this role she was responsible for tracking and reporting the performance of QIC’s portfolio of retail assets, industry research and benchmarking analysis.
Kong joins Meyer Bergman from Citigroup to focus on investments on a Pan-European basis. He previously spent two years working as an analyst at Citigroup Real Estate, where he participated in key M&A and financing transactions across Europe with total valuation in excess of EUR3bn.
Markus Meijer (pictured), chief executive of Meyer Bergman, says: “These appointments demonstrate our ability to attract the best young talent in the market, adding to our growing team of dedicated professionals as Meyer Bergman continues to expand. By adding to our investment and asset management resources, we can execute our investment strategy more efficiently to deliver on our investment objectives.”
