Alice Connell joins Parmenter Realty advisory board

Parmenter Realty Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development company, has added Alice Connell to its advisory board.

Connell is president and chief executive of AM Connell Associates, which provides real estate consultative services and strategic advice. Prior to forming AMCA in 2007, Connell was managing director, head of portfolio strategy and management of TIAA-CREF.

"We are honoured that someone of Alice's calibre has agreed to join our advisory board and believe that her depth of experience and expertise will be invaluable to us in the future. Alice joins other real estate industry icons Jim Didion, long time prior chairman of CB Richard Ellis and Larry Owen, recently retired head of real estate and oil and gas for Stanford University, the third largest endowment in the country," says Darryl Parmenter, president and chief executive.

Connell is a thrice elected trustee of the Urban Land Institute and founder and past chair of ULI New York's District Council. She is also a member of the international real estate advisory board of EuroHypo, a member of the real estate advisory committee of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, a member of the investment committee of the Quilvest Real Estate Opportunity Fund, and a member of the advisory committee of Park Madison Partners.
