Prupim recruits new talent for research team

Prudential Property Investment Management has added to its property research team with the appointment of Henri Vuong as a research analyst.

Vuong, who previously worked for Estates Gazette Interactive, will focus primarily on researching and modelling the high street retail sector in the UK and office property markets across Europe, and will report to Prupim's director and head of research Paul McNamara.

'With her excellent quantitative skills, Henri will be invaluable to our modelling of investment and tenant markets, and she will also provide added insight into our modelling of pricing anomalies in the market and reviewing opportunities in the property derivatives market,' McNamara says. 'Henri's appointment is indicative of Prupim's commitment to hiring top quality research professionals.'

Prupim is among the top 10 global real estate investment managers, and one of the top three in European property investment. The firm, which is part of M&G, the investment arm of Prudential in the UK and Europe, had more than GBP19bn invested in a spread of properties across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region at the end of last year.
