Cushman & Wakefield, the global property adviser, has appointed Frank Nickel as executive chairman of the firm’s corporate finance business in EMEA.
Nickel will continue in his role as managing partner/CEO of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany.
Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate finance team in EMEA comprises 28 employees and provides transaction and financial advisory services to property investors, occupiers, banks and fund managers.

Nickel took over leadership of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany in January 2012. He has since led the business’ five German offices – Frankfurt, where he is based; Berlin; Düsseldorf; Hamburg; and Munich – which have approximately 220 employees.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nickel led the commercial real estate group of Deutsche Bank for six years. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business.
