DTZ has made three international director promotions – the firm’s most senior grade – as well as six senior directors, 20 directors, 53 associate directors and 76 other promotions at senior surveyor level and below.
Promotions were made across almost all of DTZ’s service lines including agency leasing, investment & asset management, research, property management, retail, rating, valuation, and project & building consultancy.
John Forrester, chief executive for DTZ in EMEA, says: “I am very pleased to announce a host of new promotions in Europe this year. The progression of our colleagues, in their careers and client relationships, reflects our firm’s progress. We recognise that our success depends on our people and as we embark on a significant period of growth, it is the calibre of our staff, celebrated in these promotions, that will help to carry our business forwards.
“I’m particularly encouraged by the greater diversity illustrated in this year’s promotions. Over 40 women have been promoted in all grades, which is a 50 per cent increase on last year. At DTZ we are committed to creating an inclusive and progressive environment to maximise the potential of all our people and increasingly, we have many positive role models for people to identify with and learn from.”
