INTERNOS Global Investors has let 25,000 square metres of warehouse space to Tempo One, the logistics group, at the Actilogis building in the autonomous port of Fos-sur-Mer (Distriport), France.
The long term letting, one of the largest in the logistics sector in France this year, was completed on behalf of the Euro Property 1 fund, managed by INTERNOS Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH.
Located on the Mediterranean coast in the port of Fos-sur-Mer, around 50 km north west of Marseille, the Actilogis building comprises eight units totalling 50,000 sq m of warehouse and ancillary office space. The asset is one of 75 properties (aggregate EUR825m by value) currently managed by INTERNOS’ in-country French team.
Guillaume Masset, head of Benelux and Southern Europe at INTERNOS, says: “This letting demonstrates the skill and experience of our locally-based team of asset managers in France. One of the largest logistics lettings in France this year, it signals a revival in economic activity in the port area of Marseille and follows two years of very subdued letting activity.”
INTERNOS and Tempo One were advised on this transaction by EOL.
