Evander Properties has acquired two development sites in Reading and Southampton with funding provided by Rockspring Property Investment Management.
The sites, which total 40 acres, are capable of accommodating build to suit warehouse opportunities totalling 500,000 sq ft and are:
· A 22 acre site at Island Road, Reading, fronting the A33 close to J11 M4 capable of delivering build to suit warehouses up to 250,000 sq ft.
· A site of 17 acres at Test Lane, Southampton, fronting the M271 capable of delivering build to suit warehouses up to 250,000 sq ft.
Evander managing director Jeremy Greenland says: “We’re very pleased to have made these land acquisitions with Rockspring. Both sites offer key edge of conurbation locations with excellent prominence and access. We will submit detailed planning applications for both sites shortly and commence marketing.”
