Meyers Research has appointed Todd Teta as vice president of mobile technology and strategy in conjunction with the opening of a new office in Dallas, its first location outside of California.
These are the first of a series of strategic steps the company will take toward driving market growth and product innovation for Zonda – the iPad app launched by Meyers Research in October 2013.
“Todd’s expertise in growing and scaling mobile strategies along with our recent expansion into Texas will be major assets as we continue along this path of growth,” says Jeff Meyers, president of Meyers Research and founder of Zonda. “It’s a very exciting time for us and the homebuilding industry as a whole.”
Teta will leverage his nearly two decades of product innovation and technology experience to lead Zonda’s major content and platform evolution to reach its goal of a major version update by autumn 2014. Teta’s past leadership experiences include CoreLogic, where he launched the company’s first mobile app and initial mobile strategy as vice president. As president and co-founder of VisionCore, Teta also led sales, business development, client relations and project management.
Teta’s appointment follows Meyers Research’s earlier expansion into the Texas market.
Meyers says: “As the housing market continues to recover and the demand for real-time analytics at all professional levels grows, it has become imperative for us to evolve Zonda’s intuitive functionality. We’re looking to our new executive and sales leaders to help advance our development methods and on-the-ground expertise in order to expand into even more markets and appeal to a broader audience of homebuilding professionals.”
