Real estate investor Hansteen has appointed Rebecca Worthington and Melvyn Egglenton as non-executive directors, with immediate effect.
Worthington is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years commercial experience having qualified with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand) in 1994. She is the founder and chief executive officer of Lodestone Capital Partners, which manages and invests in UK real estate assets and debt.
Worthington is also a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at Aga Rangemaster, on the board of the British Property Federation, and on the advisory board of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Egglenton is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW with more than 30 years’ experience in practice and commerce, having qualified with KPMG in 1976 where he went on to become senior partner at KPMG Birmingham and regional chairman of KPMG Midlands. Egglenton is currently chairman of Pendragon, the UK’s largest motor distributor with turnover in excess of GBP3.5 billion, having been appointed as a director in December 2010.
