Grainger, the UK’s largest listed residential property owner and manager, is taking a new office in London Bridge, integrating just over 100 London staff from its Knightsbridge and Putney offices.
Grainger has agreed a 10 year lease on approximately 10,500 sq ft of office space in the recently refurbished No1 London Bridge, which sits on the South East corner of London Bridge overlooking the Thames. The company plans to move in spring 2014.
Andrew Cunningham, chief executive of Grainger plc, says: “The new office will bring together our two London based teams, providing greater opportunities to share ideas which will support the growth of our business. This newly refurbished building is ideally placed to gain quick access to our properties and developments in London and across the UK, and offers high quality and flexible space in which to develop our business.”
