Prologis has leased an 800,000 square foot (74,300 square metre) logistics facility in Southern California's Inland Empire region to a national retailer.
The building is located at Prologis Park Redlands Distribution Center with direct access to Interstate 10.
The speculative development, now fully stabilised, was designed to LEED specifications.

"Demand for high-quality logistics properties in this market continues to grow; we are well prepared to meet our customers' needs here with our significant land bank and 33.1 million square foot operating portfolio."
