Lincoln Property Company has appointed David Zweig as vice president – operations in LPC's Mid-Atlantic region.

Zweig has over 25 years of experience in property and asset management of all asset classes. Most recently, he was the president of Washington DC-based Urban Investment Partners/UIP Property Management Co – a real estate investment and AMO-certified property management firm with more than USD400m in multifamily real estate totalling over 3,000 apartments.
Prior to joining UIP, Zweig held various high level positions including eight years as senior vice president and eastern US division head for AIMCO, one of the largest publicly traded real estate companies in the US. Zweig was responsible for all of the core east coast holdings totalling over 26,000 units across 16 states. His division alone, contributed over 40 per cent of the REIT's total net income.
