Specialist property manager Braemar Estates has expanded its Hale-based team with the appointment of four new recruits, including two experienced property managers.
Caroline Colman has joined as property manager, having previously held a number of positions in HM Forces (Army) Royal Logistics Corps. Colman joins the business from a North West property manager, where she has worked for four years as a site manager.
Ben Mason also joins as a property manager from a national property management company, having begun his career at Centrica, the energy company.
Both Mason and Coleman will work closely with senior surveyor Lyn Windeler, managing the firm’s expanding portfolio of residential property mandates in the North West.
Laura Cornick has been appointed as property management assistant. Cornick, formerly of the Co-operative Pharmacy for four years, worked most recently as a maintenance helpdesk administrator.
Following Braemar Estates’ expansion in the South of England and particularly the firm’s increasing presence in London, property manager Jessica Singh has relocated to the Mayfair office to manage the portfolio in this region.
Jessica Parker also joins the company as credit controller from Bruntwood, where she was employed as a business income finance assistant.
Chris March, chief executive of Braemar Estates, says: “As we continue to win significant management mandates across the country, our new recruits are a great addition to our expanding team and will enable us to continue to provide our growing list of clients with an outstanding level of advice and service.”
