Specialist property manager Braemar Estates has promoted Ian Chatburn to the position of director, effective immediately.
Chatburn (pictured), who joined Braemar Estates in 2007, has been responsible for creating and developing the business’ lettings and portfolio management service and, more recently, its new sales division, reflecting the changing state of the UK sales and lettings markets.
Chatburn now manages a property portfolio on behalf of individual, large scale corporate and institutional clients with an annual rent roll of approximately GBP8m.
Chris March, chief executive of Braemar Estates, says: “I am very pleased to announce Ian’s promotion to director. He has shown great commitment over the past six years, contributing significantly to the growth of the business while maximising new opportunities and providing a strong level of service to our clients and tenants.”
Chatburn says: “I am delighted to join the board of Braemar Estates. I am extremely proud of the lettings and management division that my team and I have created over the last six years. We have worked hard to develop a niche service for our clients and pride ourselves on the service levels we deliver.”
