Property investment management company CBRE Global Investors has made two appointments to its global multi manager (GMM) team.
Alice Wilcox has joined in investor services, while Weijia Wang has been appointed to the company’s strategy and portfolio risk function.
Wilcox joins CBRE GMM from Schroder Investment Management, where she was responsible for investor relations, equity raising and fund structuring of Schroders’ core real estate fund. At CBRE Global Investors, she will work with Hannah Marshall (head of GMM investor services) to raise capital for global multi manager programmes and service GMM clients. She has extensive experience of working on the Continent and will focus mainly on continental European clients.
Wang joins the company from M&G Real Estate, where she spent five years as part of the research and strategy team. Wang worked internationally as the lead analyst for North American market research as well as working on Asia Pacific market research. She will work closely with Ian Gleeson (GMM chief investment officer) and Nadja Savic (portfolio risk officer) on top down strategy and risk management in global portfolios.
Jeremy Plummer, chief executive of CBRE Global Multi Manager, says: “We are delighted to welcome both Alice and Weijia to CBRE Global Multi Manager. GMM has continued to perform strongly and the addition of Alice and Weijia will ensure we are able to continue to provide first class service to all of our clients.”
