Valad Europe has signed lettings with three existing tenants on 7,000 square metres of warehouse and office space at Ravenswade, Nieuwegein, in the Netherlands.
The lettings were agreed on behalf of Valad’s European High Income (EHI) fund.
HANOS-ISPC Utrecht, a catering supplier for the hospitality industry and long standing tenant at Ravenswade, has extended its lease on 1,819 sq m of office space and 3,537 sq m of warehouse space for a further three and a half years. Hornbach Bouwmarkt (Nederland) has extended its lease on 1,485 sq m of office space for a further two years. Hilti Nederland currently occupying 191 sq m of office space, has extended its lease for a further five years.
Ravenswade is home to 23 tenants, providing 27,500 sq m of warehouse and office space across five buildings. Situated in Nieuwegein, to the south of Utrecht, the site provides easy access to the rest of the Netherlands with a number of highway intersections located a short distance away.
