Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Limited (HREIML) has completed the purchase of Chiswick Tower, W4 from Harbert European Real Estate Fund III for GBP56.5m.
The deal will see HREIML take ownership of the 18 storey building located above Gunnersbury station offering 143,000 sq ft of accommodation and 420 car parking spaces.
The building has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and lease restructuring under Harbert’s ownership, with Canmoor acting as Asset Manager. Anchor tenants include BSI Systems, leading recruitment company Michael Page and digital entertainment specialists Konami.
