DTZ, a UGL company, has appointed Paul Boursican as head of international investment, EMEA.
Boursican, who will be based in London, has extensive experience in both the international property and financial sectors.

Boursican has 23 years’ experience in international real estate investment markets, with expertise in investment transaction services, fund raising and investment management. He joins DTZ from Milestone Capital Investment Management where he was founder and chief executive. Prior to that, he was managing director of Foncière LFPI, Lazard Real Estate Fund Management, and previously European director of JLL, head of French investment team and board member of JLL’s European capital markets group.
