Tony Quo Vadis has resigned as chief financial officer of Partners Real Estate Investment Trust for personal family reasons and will be replaced by chief accounting officer Heather Routly, who will assume the CFO duties on an interim basis.
She will be supported by Patrick Miniutti, the Reit's president, who has extensive prior experience as the chief financial officer of publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
Quo Vadis will maintain a relationship with related entities of the Reit as board chairman of League Urban Ventures, a mixed-use real estate development company.
A permanent CFO will be appointed once the board has completed a full search process.
Routly has 15 years of experience in accounting positions of increasing responsibility with a number of public and private companies.
"We thank Tony Quo Vadis for his contribution to the Reit, and wish him well in his future endeavours," says Lou Maroun, chairman. "We have every confidence in Heather's ability to fulfil the CFO duties during this transition."
