Peter CockhillPartnerPeter is a partner in the Ogier group practising Cayman law. He served on the Ogier group strategy and management boards from 2004 until 2011 and is the former Managing Partner of the Cayman office. Peter is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Caymanian Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. Peter is a director of the global board of Hedge Funds Care and is a director of Cayman Finance.

Jane PearceGroup Director Of Ogier Fiduciary ServicesJane is a Group Director of Ogier Fiduciary Services with global responsibility for the Closed Ended Funds Administration business. Jane joined Ogier in 2006 and became a Partner in 2010. Jane trained with Ernst & Young and has been involved in the administration and accounting for complex investment structures for 18 years. Prior to joining Ogier, Jane was Head of Private Equity Administration for Kleinwort Benson in the Channel Islands. Jane has also held positions with Gartmore and Deutsche Bank.
EducationJane has a BA degree and a DMS in Management Studies from Jordanhill College in Glasgow and Teesside University respectively. Jane is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. |
Colin MackayGroup Director of Ogier Fiduciary ServicesColin is currently a Group Director for Ogier Fiduciary Service with global responsibility for the Funds Services businesses which comprises of the Open Ended and Closed Ended Funds and Real Estate teams having joined Ogier in 2003 and becoming a Partner in 2006. Colin was the Corporate Compliance Manager at Caledonian Bank & Trust Limited in Grand Cayman, prior to joining Ogier, having previously served as an associate with Ritch & Conolly Attorneys also in Grand Cayman and MacRoberts, Solicitors in Glasgow, Scotland. Colin completed his solicitor’s training with Scottish law firm, Maclay, Murray & Spens.
