Located in the heart of Mayfair, 24 Saville Row provides 20,000 sq ft of offices and 8,000 sq ft of retail space, which is let to Italian luxury clothing designer Dsquared. Designed by architectural firm EPR, the striking building exhibits a unique glazed façade created by ceramic artist Kate Malone.
Other occupiers include Aurelius Capital Management (UK), the US Hedge Fund, and DSquared2 (who occupy office as well as retail space).
Robin Carr, Aerium’s co-chief investment officer, says: “We are very pleased to welcome our final tenants to 24 Saville Row, who were attracted by its outstanding West End location and imaginative and creative design, which ensures it stands out as a local landmark.”
